Have you ever asked yourself why are you always second guessing yourself? I know I have several times. It seems as if every time I’m on a roll, have myself immersed in a project that I’m feeling good about for some reason I get a moment of when self-doubt comes into play.
Much of second guessing and having self-doubt psychologists says comes from an earlier time in our life when something may have happened in our lives that made us have self-doubt or tend to second guess ourselves in adult hood.
So, the key to tackling self-doubt is to be truthful with ourselves and do our best to remember when was the first time we had that feeling of self-doubt, what happened to make us have that feeling what was that experience like.
For me it was an incident that is too personal to post into this message, but I will say that at least I do know and remember when I first had that feeling/experience of self-doubt, and that lead me to start second guessing myself for a very long time unfortunately.
I’ll do my best to not make this too long, I just want you to get to the moment in your life when you can recognize yourself second guessing yourself, then start to tell yourself that whatever goals you are working on that they can and will be accomplished.
Start reading and listening to motivational books, focus on what you are doing and stop looking at how others are doing things.
You are a Unique Individual and have your own style/way of doing things. No one is supposed to do things the same way. People gravitate to who they resonate with whether you have a big following or a small one it doesn’t matter. What matters is that someone is being touched by your words and the way you voice your opinion, that’s what matters.
So, I’d like to think this has given you some food for thought and gets you through your day, night, week, or whenever you are reading this post. Just take these words with you and remember that you are unique, and have your own style/way of doing things.
With that being said…Your goals will be reached with consistently, dedication, persistence, and always having a plan to follow along the way.
I will be back soon and look forward to bringing you more motivation, and inspiration.
Look at a recent video I made that piggy backs on having self-doubt. I’d like to read your comments, and feedback on this also so just leave them below.
